The problem with big companies is that their entire business model is based on the wrong assumption that the search should be a burden on the customer.

We believe that this original sin was born in the 90s when web1 started with Priceline (the company owning Booking.com).

At that time, the innovation was the internet itself and the creators of the first wave of web app found themselves at a crossroad. The question was to either make the web flow simple for hotel owners or for the customers?

All in all, the decision was right at the time for the hotel industry.

The customers do not need much info regarding the hotel and its availability. The price is the most important dynamic information to pass to the customer.

More than 20 years later, the most demanding customers are renting villas and they require add-on services, as well as personalised experiences and a human touch.

For this purpose, the current business model used by Airbnb, VRBO and similar OTAs are completely inadequate.

The pictures can be outdated as well as the review. The villa can be for sale or the owner could be used to cancel for better offers.

The customer cannot get crazy looking for a good opportunity. We want to offer a standard service and it's not something new; all in all it has been the status quo in the hotel industry for many years.

It calculates the score based on 100 parameters and we shall keep verifying every year or anytime the customers will report something.
